We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Cost
Delivery is free on every UK order.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Estimated delivery after dispatch is 5 to 10 business days in the UK. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be longer in busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.
Tracking
You will receive a dispatch email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to show updates. If your order contains more than one item, it may arrive in more than one delivery.
Wrong address
Please check your address before you order. Contact us as soon as possible if you spot a mistake. We can only change an order that has not yet been dispatched.
Delays, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is late, shows as delivered but has not arrived, or arrives damaged, email contact@blune.org with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and put it right.
